This is the difference betrween real love and affection compared to conditional. Conditional love is not real love..it's manipulation.
Go get some real friends outside the Borg.......the ones inside are just conditional friends.

If you are planning to fade, move away to another city.
Why not apply for university? You will get new friends and new things to do.

If you can move away fading (without being DFed) your family still can talk to you.
When you have been inactive for some time you will be more free. I have been inactive for 25 years now. Nobody's bothering me.

Yes, fading is beeng less and less active in the congregation. During the time, try to get to learn to know some new people, get some new interst and someting to do at meeting evenings.

That sister in your hall is probably inactive. She's not DFed if the others see her and hang out with her.
If she is the daughter of an elder she probably has better protection from being DFed than any rank and file JW.

Panthers: Rule #1 Keep quiet in front of elders.
#2 Keep quiet in front of other JWs.
You can try to fade by becoming less active, skip meetings etc...you will be considered as spiriyually weak.
